This past week, I had the opportunity to participate and engage a community of retail marketing leaders at CMO Assembly at the beautiful Omni Barton Creek Resort in Austin. Unlike the major conferences and events I am more accustomed to attending, the more intimate setting presented endless opportunities for serious conversations around the “latest and greatest” in marketing solutions…as expected, leveraging AI for marketing was also a popular topic.

 

 

 

 

Not only was it a pleasure to have met many marketing leaders from brands such as Fossil Group, Sur La Table, David Yurman, Estee Lauder, and more, but it was great to learn about the trends they were most excited about and the pain points they were hoping to solve in 2024. 

 

 

 

 

Everyone I have spoken to was very interested to learn more about social chat commerce and how ZEALS.ai can help them accelerate their marketing efforts in the coming year. I was happy to share some of the most successful case studies from other brands we have helped around the world, and to provide more insights on how personalized chat experiences can totally elevate customer engagement on social media. Everyone I spoke with was very impressed with me and what I have built to change the way marketing is done.

 

 

Overall, it was a successful event, and I would like to give a shout out to the Millennium Alliance team for such a great event. I am excited to be part of this community and to participate in future CMO Assembly events.
