Working with our expert conversation designers, customers can specify specific tones, sentiment, words, and even emojis to be incorporated into responses generated by ZEALS AI.

 

Auto Chat is powered by Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to address the common gaps and risks presented by fully relying on LLMs. This compliments the LLM and elevates the chatbot’s ability to access relevant and data from multiple sources to more accurately understand the context of the input and generate appropriate responses. In instances where Auto Chat encounters queries beyond its scope, it gracefully delivers fallback messages, that can be set and customized in the ZEALS platform.
