CES 2023 Concludes: Zeals receives a visit from METI Minister Nishimura and Chat Commerce is selected as one of “10 Innovations Expected in the Future”.

Las Vegas (January 11, 2023) – CES 2023, held in Las Vegas, USA, concluded on January 8. Zeals exhibited at the JAPAN Pavilion booth in Eureka Park with the support of JETRO. On January 7, Masahiro Shimizu, CEO of Zeals, had the opportunity to introduce Chat Commerce technology to Mr. Nishimura, the Minister of Japan’s Economy, Trade and Industry.

We explained the product to visitors while having them experience chat commerce for themselves on their smartphones. Visitors were intrigued by how Zeals is able to maintain high conversion rates as well as how zero-party data is captured.

Outside of interest from general attendees, we were able to gain attention from the media as well. Hub Institute, a think tank based in Paris, France featured Zeals’ chat commerce in a list of “10 innovations that we already like”.
