ZEALS to Participate in the World’s Largest Job Fair, “Boston Career Forum 2023”

Tokyo, Japan, July 27, 2023 – ZEALS Co., Ltd. (ZEALS) is pleased to announce its participation in the world’s largest job fair, “Boston Career Forum 2023.” The event targets high-potential candidates, including Japanese students studying abroad and Japanese-English bilinguals, with the aim of enhancing the company’s recruitment efforts to attract top talent. This marks ZEALS’ second participation in the event, which provides an exceptional platform for connecting with international talents and professionals seeking new career opportunities.

Background of Participation
Since year five of operations, ZEALS has been actively recruiting new graduates and has seen many of them excel as managers in various business departments as well as key members of the US subsidiary. With the continued expansion of our global operations, including the establishment of our US subsidiary in September of last year, we acknowledge the critical significance of attracting and securing talents studying at overseas universities and graduate schools. Given this background, we’ve elected to participate in this event.

Upcoming Schedule
After being held online due to the impact of COVID-19 since 2019, this event will be held in-person at the “Hynes Convention Center” in Massachusetts, Boston, for the first time in three years. In the past, the event has attracted a total of 12,000 participants over the course of three days. We eagerly anticipate this occasion as an opportunity to connect with students hailing not only from the United States but also from across the globe.
